CRM Softwares
While exploring the new updated Bitrix24, I would like to write about some of the few CRM softwares that are helpful with managing daily tasks and communicating with your clients at the same time.

Though I am a big fan of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets as most of us are, monitoring and following up with tasks was a usual problem for me as I could not remember if my tasks were pending or completed.
Plus, day to day interactions with team members, managers, clients and customers makes you overwhelmed to keep track of things. Remembering where that excel sheet was stored, opening and updating them was a boring chore while you need to find the report within seconds which you are looking for and share with to your team or client.
CRM software’s saves time and a huge productivity application that can help manage your day with much hassles and planning.
Hubspot
Hubspot is the best in class CRM tool that has captured my attention when I began learning about inbound marketing. I had never heard of inbound marketing before when I came to realize the tools and training the company has.

Gone are the days where I used to mail merge and send emails to prospects from Excel. It was fun but was quite tedious process of moving lists sent to different sheet or keeping updates. Some of my clients still have it on google sheets while it’s a disaster when not updated correctly in real time.
That’s why Hubspot is the hero when it comes to viewing the entire sales funnel in place on a clean dashboard and you can visualise deals won or lost, track performance over a time period. I do not scheduled much appointments but incase you can need to schedule a meeting with a customer its as simple as blocking it on your calendar.
Plus, you get to know people in the CRM database when you add an email id and get the person’s company details as you work on.
Setting templates saves a lot of time writing emails and can be the most important part of my communication process.
There is a huge lot of things to do on Hubspot CRM while I write about it in my future blogs.
